What we collect

When you join the Oula waitlist, we collect your email address. That is the only personal data we ask for at this stage.

We also collect anonymous usage data — page views, time on page, and basic device information — to understand how people are finding and using Oula. This data cannot be used to identify you.

How we use it

Your email address is used for one purpose: to notify you when Oula is ready to use. We will not sell your email, share it with third parties for marketing, or send you anything unrelated to the Oula launch.

Anonymous usage data helps us improve the product. We use it to understand which parts of the site are working and which are not.

Cookies

We use basic session cookies to make the site work. We do not use advertising cookies or any tracking that follows you across other websites. There are no cookie banners because there is nothing to consent to beyond the minimum needed to serve the page.

Third-party services

Oula uses the following external services:

• Vercel — website hosting. Your request metadata (IP address, browser type) passes through Vercel's infrastructure. See Vercel's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — typography. When the site loads, your browser requests fonts from Google's servers. See Google's privacy policy.

We do not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or data brokers.

Data retention

We keep waitlist email addresses until you ask us to remove yours, or until the Oula launch is complete. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@getoula.com.

Governing law

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Oula is operated from Dubai, UAE.
