Terms of service

Last updated: July 2026

Agreement to terms

By joining the Oula waitlist, signing in, or using the Oula app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Oula.

What Oula is

Oula helps you discover clothing and accessories across a range of retailers, and links you out to those retailers' own sites to complete any purchase. Oula is a discovery and shopping-assistant product — it is not a retailer, does not sell products directly, does not process payments, and is not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer.

Product information (pricing, availability, images) is sourced from retailer sites and can change or be inaccurate at any time. Always confirm details on the retailer's own site before purchasing.

Accounts

Some features require signing in, including via Google or Apple. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know at hello@getoula.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Don't use Oula to do anything unlawful, to scrape or reproduce our catalog at scale, to interfere with the app or API, or to attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other technical restrictions.

Third-party retailers

Following a link from Oula to a retailer means you're now subject to that retailer's own terms, policies, pricing, and stock. Oula isn't responsible for the products, service, or content on retailer sites, and any dispute over an order belongs between you and that retailer.

Intellectual property

The Oula name, logo, and app are owned by Oula. Product images and descriptions belong to their respective retailers or brands. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Oula's own content without permission.

No warranty

Oula is provided "as is." We do our best to keep product information accurate and the app running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every price or availability shown will be current.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oula isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including issues with orders placed on a retailer's site.

Changes

We may update these terms as Oula evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Oula after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Oula for anyone who violates these terms. You can stop using Oula, or ask us to delete your account, at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Oula is operated from Dubai, UAE.
