Oula is operated by Lakshmi Nair, an individual based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "Oula", "we" and "us" mean Lakshmi Nair as the operator of Oula, and "you" means the person using Oula.
These terms apply to the Oula app for iPhone, the Oula extension for Safari, and getoula.com. By using any of them, with or without an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Oula.
You must be 18 or over to use Oula, or between 13 and 17 with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf. Oula is not for children under 13.
Oula helps you discover clothing and accessories across a range of retailers, and links you out to those retailers' own sites to complete any purchase. Oula is a discovery and shopping-assistant product. It is not a retailer, does not sell products directly, does not process payments, and is not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer.
Product information (pricing, availability, images) is sourced from retailer sites and can change or be inaccurate at any time. Always confirm details on the retailer's own site before you buy.
Oula may earn a commission from a retailer when you buy through one of our links. It does not change the price you pay, and it does not decide which products we show you.
You can use most of Oula without an account. Some features, such as saving items across devices and price alerts, need you to sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Let us know at hello@getoula.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You can delete your account at any time in the app, from Profile then Settings then Delete account. If you use Oula without an account, you can delete your data from Profile then Delete my data. What deletion removes, and the little it keeps, is set out in our privacy policy.
The extension runs only on sites you allow in Safari. When it is active on a shopping page, it reads the product on that page to show you comparable pieces and a price read. Our privacy policy describes exactly what it sends and keeps.
Don't use Oula to do anything unlawful, to scrape or reproduce our catalogue at scale, to interfere with the app, the extension or our servers, or to try to get around rate limits, authentication or other technical restrictions.
When you follow a link from Oula to a retailer, that retailer's own terms, policies, pricing and stock apply. Oula isn't responsible for the products, service or content on retailer sites, and any dispute over an order is between you and that retailer.
The Oula name, logo, app, extension and website belong to us. Product images and descriptions belong to their retailers or brands. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute Oula's own content without permission.
Oula is provided "as is". We do our best to keep product information accurate and the app running smoothly, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every price or availability shown will be current.
To the extent permitted by law, Oula isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Oula, including problems with orders placed on a retailer's site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE consumer protection law.
We may update these terms as Oula evolves. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Continuing to use Oula after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You can stop using Oula and delete your account or your data at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
